Boy, if I get a call from one of these guys…

by Darwin

Ok you've heard enough about Palin, we all have. But I think this one is well within my purview as I've certainly reported on nutty religious fanaticism more than a few times in the past.

Forget that you're watching a Huffington Post documentary about Sarah Palin's churches in Alaska, it doesn't really need that sweetener to be arresting.

Forget about whether someone who's into this insanity should be President or VP, just ask yourself if people this demented should be allowed to drive a car (they might get a vision while driving) or even own a cellphone (you'll see the problem with that too).

And you thought Jesus Camp was bad–JEEZ.

  1. Oh dear me. Didn't the Republicans reject Romney because they reckoned he wasn't a member of a real Christian church? And instead they've gone for this?

  3. Why should anyone worry about whom gets elected. Firstly the office of VP and President has little or nothing to do with official US policy. Fox News, CNN and many other lobbyists decide what passes for law in them there parts.
Secondly, America has had a religious nut in power for the last 2 terms. Sarah might pray to God but Dubya discusses policy with him. Dubya has had the hallmark of a religious fundamentalist since his first days in office and only now people are getting concerned over a Rottweiler with Lipstick. Roll on Hadron and lets start the end of the world as we know it……

  4. Bush doesn't have any beliefs. He just courts the Christian fundamentalists for political power. Palin actually seems to believe the nonsense, which is far worse.

You, or rather the video, made my blood almost boil. Thanks for an unexpected adrenalin rush. Will link to this, later.
